Report a concern

If material submitted to or generated through PlushCrew may infringe your copyright, contact hello@plushcrew.ai. Explain whether you own the relevant rights or are authorised to act for the rights holder.

What to include

  • Identify the copyrighted work and your connection to the rights holder.
  • Identify the specific material at issue, with a URL or mission/file reference where available. Do not attach unrelated private project files.
  • Explain why you believe the use is unauthorised, and provide a reply email.
  • If submitting a formal statutory notice, include the statements, signature and other information required by the applicable law. We may request clarification where needed.

Do not send passwords, API keys or identity documents in your initial report. We request additional personal information only when necessary to handle the report or required by law.

How reports are handled

We review reports promptly and assess the specific material and rights claimed. We may request clarification, restrict access to material while a concern is investigated, and notify the affected user where appropriate and legally permitted. Substantiated infringement or repeated misuse can lead to removal or access restrictions.

If you believe material was restricted in error, reply with the relevant reference and your explanation or evidence of permission. Formal notices and disputes are handled according to the applicable legal process; this page does not replace it or limit statutory rights.
