PlushCrew is a personal project operated by Cankat Filiz in Sweden. Contact hello@plushcrew.ai about the service. Read these terms before creating an account or submitting a Chat, Mission or Audit request. If you do not agree, do not submit requests.
The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. The Privacy Policy also explains the controls for basic visitor counts. Keeping counts enabled is not a condition of using the service.
Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and do not share access. You must meet applicable age, legal-capacity and AI-provider requirements. The site’s sign-up confirmation does not override a provider’s stricter requirements. Where use by a minor is permitted, a parent or guardian must be involved; their permission does not override restrictions that otherwise apply.
Do not use the service for illegal activity, harassment, generating malicious code, creating prohibited sexually explicit or deceptive content, unauthorised access, or violating another person’s rights.
Chat answers questions. Mission asks agents to create files, run tests and attempt repairs. Audit reviews code that you supply and may propose or apply changes in a separate workspace. Generated files and reports can be previewed and downloaded where available.
AI output can contain mistakes, security issues, missing requirements or unsuitable dependencies. Passing tests establish only what the tested cases checked. Mutation QA and additional AI-generated tests are not a security certification or proof that every bug has been found.
Review the generated files, dependencies, test results and any repair diffs before running, relying on or deploying the output. Keep your own backups. We do not promise that an attempted repair succeeds, that output is production-ready, or that the service is always available. These limitations do not remove rights you have under applicable law.
PlushCrew is currently available without charging users. Advertised paid plans are waitlist-only; joining a waitlist does not purchase a subscription or authorise a charge. There is no current purchase refund window or subscription cancellation process to apply to free use.
Guest access has separate rolling limits of five Chat messages and one Mission per IP address in 24 hours; guest Audit is unavailable. A dispatched message or mission consumes its slot even if it fails or is cancelled. Registered-account limits are shown in the service and on the plans page. Some account limits are lifetime limits; others reset. Clearing browser storage does not reset server-side limits.
If paid services are introduced, their price, payment, cancellation and applicable withdrawal terms must be provided before any purchase. Nothing here waives mandatory rights that apply to the current free service.
Use PlushCrew interactively within its limits. Do not bypass access controls, create accounts to evade limits, attempt to access another user’s files or use generated tools against systems without permission. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues or legal obligations.
Submit only prompts, code and files you have the necessary rights and authority to share and process through AI providers. Remove passwords, API keys and sensitive personal data first. Do not upload confidential employer or client material without authorisation.
You keep any rights you already hold in your submitted material. PlushCrew does not claim ownership of your inputs or generated output. You permit the processing needed to perform your requested task and provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
We do not promise that generated output is unique, exclusively owned by you, copyright-protected, or free of third-party rights. Similar output may be generated for other people. Existing licences, copyright and other rights still apply to copied or included code, assets and dependencies. Review applicable licences and retain required notices before using or distributing a project.
Temporary workspace files are not permanent storage. Cleanup targets and exceptions are explained in the Privacy Policy. Signed-in users can download account records or delete their account from the profile menu. Downloaded copies and independent provider records need separate handling.
For access, correction, deletion, service complaints or other privacy requests, contact hello@plushcrew.ai. Do not include passwords or API keys in the initial message.
If material on the service may infringe your rights, use our copyright reporting process. We assess reports and may restrict substantiated infringing material or repeated misuse, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability, remedies or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer and data-protection rights. PlushCrew remains responsible to the extent required by applicable law. The description of AI limitations is not a waiver of those rights.
We may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be brought to your attention in the app or by email, as appropriate. Changes do not retroactively remove rights you already have. Questions or complaints can be sent to hello@plushcrew.ai.
